Rental Rates

• Monthly Rate - $3,200.00 one level, $5500.00 both levels
• Weekly Rate - $1,000.00 one level, $1750.00 both levels
• Daily Rates - Negotiable
• Cleaning Fee (for stays less than 3 days) - $100.00 per level
• Reservation Fee / Damage Deposit - $500.00
• 3.9% Sales Tax added for stays less than 30 days (There is no room tax)
• Valid Personal or Business Checks and PayPal Accepted
• Prices are Subject to Change

Rental Policies

• No pets are allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside.
• The upper level is designed for 6 overnight occupants (double occupancy).
• The lower level is designed for 4 overnight occupants (double occupancy).
• Additional persons may be accommodated for an additonal fee.
• To reserve, a $500.00 fully refundable reservation fee / damage deposit is due with the rental agreement.
• Reservation fee forfeited upon cancellation within 30 days before arrival day.
• Damages beyond normal wear and tear are deducted from the damage deposit.
• Damage deposit returned within 21 days after departure day.
• The rental fee and applicable sales tax is due 21 days prior to the arrival day.
• Check-in time is 4PM Mountain Time.  Check-out time is 11AM MT.
• Guests will sign a rental agreement acknowledging all terms.
